For a complete resume, please visit my Linked In ProfileMy name is Jessica Kaminski. I am half Polish and half Puerto Rican, so I like to refer to myself as a Polarican. I am a lover of traveling, Yoda, boots and scarves, sushi, Mexican day of the dead art, and tequila.
I am a fun and stylish photographer for dynamic people.
I love to have adventures. During my career, I have been a staff photographer for a prominent midwest magazine which had me photographing everything from pilots and planes, to the Milwaukee Bucks. I have traveled the United States assisting a photographer on shoots involving everything from designer tree houses, to the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee, to the best southern food joints in Chicago.
Currently, you might find me photographing dancers for the Milwaukee Ballet, headshots for actors, or coordinating the photography coverage for the Milwaukee Film Festival.
In my free time, I am an educator at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and teach workshops on my own.
I am available for assignments worldwide.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light and not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people will feel secure around you"
- From the 1994 inaugural speech by Nelson Mandela
"I mean, what is an un-birthday present?"
"A present given when it isn't your birthday, of course."
Alice considered a little. "I like birthday presents best," she said at last.
"You don't know what you're talking about!" cried Humpty Dumpty. "How many days are there in a year?"
"Three hundred and sixty-five," said Alice.
"And how many birthdays have you?"
"One."

"I'll pretty much go anywhere. You want to go to Timbuktu? Sure! Vancouver? Awesome! Detroit? Well, I don't know what goes on there, but I've got a camera so let's go find out!" - Jessica Kaminski
